Falling Waters Mountain Lodge is located one hour north of metro Atlanta, nestled between the quaint mountain towns of Jasper and Ellijay, Georgia.

Whether you are seeking to get away from the stress of the work world or planning a family get-together, Falling Waters offers the perfect destination. As you enter the winding road, our property will touch your mind, body and soul. You will know you have arrived at a very special place—a place where you will experience peace, wellness and a way of life that is casual yet elegant.

The lodge is situated directly on Lake Kennemur, a 12 acre lake overflowing with wildlife. The sprawling 1,600 acre estate is rich with a history of conservation, set in the foothills of the Chattahoochee National Forest. The equestrian pastures, cascading waterfalls, and hiking/riding trails bring charm and sophistication to the North Georgia Mountains creating an atmosphere that is limitless for our guests.

With four cozy bedrooms to choose from there is something to suit everyone. Each room is named for the native trees that adorn the property and is furnished to match the casual elegance of this exquisite log home. Common areas include a dining room, living room, TV room and wellness room complete with a sauna and other spa services. Decks around the home wrap each room and bring the splendor of nature right into your heart.
