Policies

Check in time 4 - 6 PM. (Flexible with prior arrangements)
Check out time: 11 AM (Flexible with prior arrangements)
A deposit of one night's stay is required in advance in order to hold a room for two or more nights. A deposit of $ 50 is required towards a one night stay.
Payment accepted: cash, travelers check, or credit card.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Personal checks are accepted if arrival date is 10 or more days out.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival date, a charge of $ 50 per room will be withheld from your refund.
A cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date, will result in the forfeiture of one night's room rate.
Room rates are based on double occupancy, plus tax.
Extra guests are $ 10 per day. Rollaways are available.
Rates are subject to change.
Please inquire about special rates for extended stays (excludes holidays or special events).
No minimum stay is required.
Well-behaved children are welcome at The River's Edge.
In consideration of all guests pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed within the premises.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Accomodations will not be offered to persons appearing to be intoxicated.
