Guests are welcome to sit in the parlor to read, visit, relax, or play the 1905 upright piano (or listen to someone else play). There are a couple of other sitting areas that guests can enjoy. Of course the porch is a delight to use in good weather, or for weather watchers, during a nice storm.

Relax and enjoy the area from our large comfortable front porch sitting in our wicker chairs, swinging on the swing or by lounging in the hammock. Or maybe by taking a walk along our tree-lined streets up to Grand Avenue (a block away) to enjoy some of the areas most beautiful homes - continuing over to Rand Park with its rolling hills, playgrounds, pond, flower garden, Frisbee golf course and breathtaking views of the Mississippi River.

So named for the guests that stayed here before opening as a B&B. The Guest Room has 2 twin beds and is decorated in a soft neutral old fashioned style. It is relaxing and bright. The cost is $75/night

Beautifully appointed room, formerly occupied and designed in part by the room's name sake, with a king-size bed. Kallie's Room is decorated in an old Paris-like theme. It is comfortable and light. The cost is $85/night

• Check-in time is after 3 pm and Check-out time is 11 am. (unless other arrangements are made)
• There is no smoking or alcohol allowed at our home.
• Some pets may be allowed.
• There is a $50 deposit required to make a reservation
• Cancellation policy:
  • Cancellations made up to two weeks prior to your arrival will result in a full refund of your deposit.
  • Cancellations made within two weeks prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to book all nights.
