Built in 1903 as a single family home, the Emanuelson Inn Bed and Breakfast is a completely refurbished Victorian mansion that has been operating as an inn for twenty years. Judy Lucero, the current owner, introduced the Bed and Breakfast concept to the Zion area when she acquired the Inn five years ago. The Emanuelson Inn Bed and Breakfast remains the only Bed and Breakfast in the Zion area.

A great place for a quiet getaway. A starting place for many activities. This Victorian mansion is located between Chicago and Milwaukee. You can see Lake Michigan from our turret! Two Marinas and the Chicago Metra train are close by. Our staff is dedicated to serving you, and our 20 rooms are uniquely and tastefully decorated in the Victorian theme. Afternoon refreshments (including champagne if you like) and a gourmet breakfast are marvelous. Hiking, biking, birding in unspoiled nature preserves, many northern Illinois/ southern Wisconsin attractions, and great restaurants are abundant in the area. We have a conference room available for up to 12 people, special packages and or we can structure your visit to meet your needs.

The Zion area is filled with attractions and activities: Six Flags Great America, Gurnee Mills Shopping Mall, Great Lakes Naval Station, Tempel Lipizzan Horses, Renaissance Faire, Ravinia Festival Park(Music), many different State/National Parks, Marinas(North Point and Waukegan Harbor), Museums, Jelly Belly Factory, Dog and Horse Racing, Bike Trails (we have bikes!), golf, water activities.....Plus the Chicago Metra train enables easy access to/from Chicago.

Room Rates are based on double occupancy between $95.00 and $125.00 plus tax.
Each additional person is $25.00.
We also have 2 cottages which sleep 6 people.
Cottages have full kitchens, Air, Cable TV, Phone, Grill, Etc. for $180.00.
