Minted Peach Soup presented by Juniper Hill Bed & Breakfast

serves 4-6
1 large can peaches in own juice, drain about half the juice
2-3 cups vanilla yougert, I use nonfat
1 tsp dried mint flakes
2 tbsp brown sugar
Put all ingredients into a food proccessor, pulse til well mixed, leaving a few chunks is fine, refridgerate til serving. Laddle into bowls, and garnish with mint sprigs....
