Adele Turner Inn showcases a luxurious collection of 13 distinctively designed and decorated guest quarters. All room styles feature: grand king or queen bed, gas fireplace, Mascioni fine Italian linens, antiques, and an artwork collection highlighted by 10 portraits of Adele Turner -- painted by her daughter, legendary Newport artist Beatrice Turner.

Classic Rooms all feature nicely accented bathrooms with shower only, while State Rooms and Suites are larger, and most have exotic bathing salons with whirlpool, plus large sitting area or living room. The Deluxe Quarters are the height of luxury at the Inn with features that range from private rooftop spa, hot tub, 2- person whirlpool, to steam bath, and British reading library. Room Service We will put you to bed and wake you up in Legendary style with our evening turndown service, which features handmade artisan chocolates and other sweet treats from our chocolater, while our morning coffee service delivers freshly brewed Peet's Coffee, tea, or juice to your room (breakfast and afternoon high tea, plus our wine and food pairing are events unto themselves).

Wireless Internet & Other Amenities All public areas in the Inn and most rooms feature wireless internet access. All rooms have LCD TVs or TVs and DVD/VCRs (we have a well stocked complimentary movie library), plus clock radios with CD players, Monarch terry cotton kimono robes, bottled water, phone, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The Deluxe Quarters features top-of-the-line Mascioni shawl collar velour robes, terry cotton spa slippers, iPod sound systems, and VOSS artesian water.

Reservations/Cancellations/Policies

  • Reservation Policy - Reservations require an advance deposit of half the total due for two nights or more (including tax) with the balance due on arrival. Single night stays require pre-payment in full. Two-night minimum on weekends. Three-night minimum may apply on select Summer and Fall weekends, holiday and festival weekends. You can check availability and book online or call 800-845-1811 from 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Rates - Based on two person occupancy. Each additional guest -- where permissable -- is $50 extra per night. If you were not charged during your reservation, you will be charged at check-in. Rates do not include applicable taxes (13%). Rates range from $125 - $525. Weekend, holiday or special event surcharges, and minimum stay requirements may apply.
  • Cancellations - Unlike a large hotel, the small and specialized nature of Adele Turner Inn necessitates a different kind of cancellation policy. Deposits are not refundable. If it is necessary for you to change or cancel your reservation, you will be given a rain check for a future stay at the Inn any time within one year, provided request is made 15 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made within the 15 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. Regardless of when the cancellation is made, there is a 10% service fee on the entire amount of your deposit for any cancellations. No refunds for early departures.
  • Payment - Cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Advance deposit checks will only be accepted if they are received by the Inn 21 days before check-in date. Payment by personal check is not available at check-out.
  • No Smoking Policy - Adele Turner Inn is a smoke-free Inn. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the Inn, guest rooms, veranda or outdoor tables. Guests violating our in-room smoking policy will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Fire codes prohibit the burning of candles, incense or other flammables, in guest rooms.
  • Check-In Time is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 am. Late check-out may be available for an additional $50. Early check-in requests subject to room availability.
  • Getting Here - We are about 3½ hours from New York, 1½ hours from Boston and 2½ hours from Hartford. The nearest airport is TF Green, just outside of Providence, which is half an hour away. For driving directions and Goole maps, check our directions page.
  • Other Policies - The Inn is not suitable for children under 13 or pets.
  • Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
