the beautiful historic seaport of Newport!

Nestled among water gardens and walkways, you'll find the Victorian Ladies Inn of Newport. The Inn is located adjacent to Newport's famous Cliff Walk and just a two-minute walk to Bellevue Avenue and all the attractions in Newport. Inside you'll find graciously appointed rooms, full baths, and plenty of outside gardens in which to relax and enjoy your time in Newport. Whether you're interested in Newport's famous mansions, fine dining, or shopping, the Victorian Ladies Inn is a short walk to all of Newport's attractions including nearby beaches, the Colonial town, famed mansions, and harbor front dining.

Innkeepers Cheryl and Harry continually provide a comfortable and welcoming hospitality at this three-building mini-compound, consisting of the Main Inn, Carriage House and Annandale Cottage. Intimate and inviting, this traditional Newport Bed & Breakfast features spacious guest bedrooms furnished with period pieces, fine reproductions, rich fabrics and wall coverings. Linger over a gracious breakfast in the dining room. Stroll through the award-winning gardens, walk over the small bridge, or gaze at the koi pond. Relax in the living room while planning activities for the day in Newport, or just read a book after a fun day exploring town with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

At the Victorian Ladies Inn, eleven elegantly appointed guest rooms await you. The grounds include plenty of off-street parking, seasonal award-winning water gardens, and plenty of tables and chairs in which to relax outside during the warmer months. Inside, you'll find a large dining room where we serve a hot breakfast each morning, a living room to relax in after a long day in town, and newly renovated private baths to soak your cares away. Many rooms feature a sitting area, some with working fireplaces! Your innkeepers Harry and Cheryl have tried to think of everything so your stay at the Victorian Ladies is one to remember!
