Guest Rates: $70 - $90.
Holidays, special events, lengthy stays, and seasonal rates available on request.
For stays less than 1 week, the sleeper sofa may accommodate up to 2 additional persons at $10 each per night.
Portable crib available for an infant, no other small children please.
No daily maid service.
Continental breakfast.
Smoking allowed in garden and pool areas.
No pets, but there are cats on property.
Reservations are necessary and can be made until 6:00 pm the day of arrival.
Advance reservations require a deposit that is applied to the last day. Balance due on arrival for all reserved dates.
Cancellations for short stays must be received 7 days prior to reserved dates for refund. Deposits for stays longer than 1 week cannot be returned unless room rebooked.
Check-in: 2:00 pm, Check-out: Prior to 11:00 am.
If mandatory evacuation is ordered by a Government Agency and/or homeowner, refunds will be made on nights left in the tenancy affected by the mandatory evacuation. If a storm occurs prior to arrival and we are unable to provide accommodations, refunds will be made.
