Rates & Policies:

Rates: $145 - $250 per night.
When making a reservation of 3 nights or less, a deposit of 100% will be placed on your credit card.
For reservations of 4 nights or more, a deposit of 50% will be placed on your credit card.
If you need to cancel a reservation outside of 21 days from date of arrival, a fee of 5% of entire reservation booked or $25 (whichever is greater) will be imposed.
If you need to cancel a reservation inside of 21 days from date of arrival, no refunds will be made unless The Brentwood can rebook the entire length of your stay.
If the stay is rebooked, a refund less 5% entire reservation booked or $25 (whichever is greater) will be made.
