Family Llama adventure
Join us for a gentle llama hike or barn visit adventure. Special includes your choice of a a 1+ hour llama hike & trail snacks with gentle & curious llamas on our 9 private acres of trails, gardens and mountain & valley views or a barn visit with our wooly buddies; lodging in either of our lovely, oversized suites: family-sized suite with private bath & sitting room or large queen sized suite with private bath; gourmet breakfast; and afternoon refreshments.
Three night package in our oversized Family Suite for 2 adults (up to 2 children free)for $300 + tax; two night package for 2 adults (up to 2 children free)2 for $230 + tax.
Our llamas are gentle, intelligent and well-trained and will not spit on you!
We can accomodate additional persons, children and animals with prior approval for a small addtional fee. Rates include use of our guest family room with TV, VRC, refrigerator & microwave & comfy seating; backyard gardens, garden art & hammoch with friendly Labradores waiting to join you; & rocking chair porch.
We can also assist you with local river and lake adventures. We're located near the beautiful Nolichucky River & the world famous Appalachian Trail.

Mid-Week Specials
Enjoy the country quiet mid-week (Monday through Thursday nights) and the local events for less. Special includes lodging in an oversized suite with private bath; gourmet & healthy breakfast; afternoon snacks; visits with our llamas & labradors; guest lounge with TV, VCR, microwave & refrigerator; use of 9+ beautiful acres of trails, gardens with arbor and garden art, mountain & valley views, hammock & "rocking chair" porch.
We welcome children and household pets with advance approval and a small fee. We gladly accomodate special diets with advance notice. Special mid-week rates are $95.00 + tax per night for 2 persons. Excludes holidays and special events.
Weekly and extended stay rates available.

Extended stay special
Enjoy the luxury of gourmet breakfasts, fine coffees & teas & solitude for an extended stay in the East Tennesssee mountains. Visits of at least 3 nights qualify for our extended stay rate of $95+ tax per night for 2 adults. Rates include a gentle llama visit,use of 9+acres of trails, gardens and views in the mountains just 3 miles from the city limits of each historic Jonesborough & busy Johnson City. Our oversized Family suite with private bath, separate sitting room with daybed, huge closet & extra roll away bed is just $285(+ tax) for 3 nights for2; $190 + tax for 2 nights.
Rates include our hearty & healthy gourmet breakfast and "kid-friendly" breakfast; afternoon refreshments; llama visit; guest family room with VCR, TV, microwave & refrigerator; use of 9+ beautiful, mountainous acres; backyard arbor & hammock with friendly Laboradores wanting to join you; and "rocking chair" front porch.
We welcome well-behaved children & pets with prior approval and a small fee. We're a short distance to numerous outdoor activities such as the Appalachian Trail, the Nolichucky River, numerous large lakes and hiking locations.
