Introduction
Welcome to the oldest original all brick home in the city of Duncanville, built by the chief Mason in 1927, John C. Pelt. The home has a nice sitting area under the wrap-around porch large enough to seat several people for enjoyable dining. Once through the front door, the beautiful ambience of the 1920's era begins to unfold as you walk across the original hard wood floors. The adjoining dining room seats six people on a solid carved oak table. By entering the hallway and going to the next entrance, you find yourself in a very large 1920's style kitchen with another dining area for six with a refreshment and snack waiting for you. The three beautifully decorated bedrooms are all on the other side of the hallway. The backyard is covered with large oak and pecan trees on half-an-acre with sitting areas for relaxing. Within 10 minutes drive of the property are workout gyms, area lakes, and the Cider Ridge Park that has some of the most scenic walking trails in the state.
