We invite you to experience our bed & breakfast in beautiful, historic Bellville, Texas. Our accommodations include The Cottage, separate from the main house, and the Serendipity Room, a guest suite in the main house with a private entrance and exit through the patio.

Both The Cottage and Serendipity Room have access to a private, secluded brick patio with a dove cote and small fish pond for relaxing. You'll enjoy song birds at the feeder and beautiful landscaping while you enjoy your morning coffee at the patio table.

Victorian Garden décor. Bedroom with twin beds. Small sitting room with a loveseat that converts to a single bed that can accommodate a 3rd person in this suite. This sitting room also includes a 2nd TV with a DVD player and a nice selection of movies, and board games. Small dining room with refrigerator, microwave, & coffee maker. Full bath with shower and tub. Satellite TV and wireless internet. Handmade natural soaps.

Start your day with an eye opening breakfast at your leisure, not our schedule. Quantity of food allows for a snack later in the day.
