Our Adventure Packages are full of fun filled day excursions led by experienced guides. Packages range from a beautiful day of deep woods trails on a mountain bike ride to a back woods hike to the famous Missouri Buttes to a day of horseback riding through the rocks and prairies surrounding Devils Tower national park.
Each day includes breakfast, if you are staying with us, and mid-day meals that will be the best picnic you'll ever go on!
If you decide to come during the winter, a day at the slopes, with a fun filled night in Deadwood, S.D. Is always a great choice!
Of course, there is a climb to the top of the Tower and many surprise events such as a Hootin' Tootin' dance at the local rodeo bar. Many seasonal events that are an experience in themselves will also be included.

Weight Loss & Life Style Change
Includes a stay with us here for either a 3 or 6 day workshop. We provide all healthy, low fat meals, and you will receive many recipes, diet plans, and strategies to keep you eating healthy for life! Life style changes are a must for weight loss and offer growth opportunities for all of us.
Aerobics & Weight Training
These workshops teach and familiarize you with basic step aerobics and weight lifting, so you will be ready to join your local gym and keep your fitness program in your every day life.
Mountain Biking, Roller Blading and Basic Walk/Run Training
Provides you with the expertise to go out in the beautiful outdoors for workouts.
Weight Management and Cross Training Techniques
Includes either a 3 or 6 day stay with us here and provide the same menus and activities as the weight loss workshop, but on a more intermediate level. A rock climbing class is given and includes a climb to the top, if you like!
Fitness Adventure Weeks
These include day excursions of hiking the back woods, mountain biking challenging trails, horseback riding, and of course, an introductory rock climbing class and then climbing to the top of devils tower the next day!
Stretching & Meditation Classes are also a part of our program.
